What constitutes your
service area?
Coles
Catering serves the Central Kentucky Bluegrass Region. This includes the greater Lexington area,
the communities of Georgetown, Mt. Sterling, Nicholasville,
Paris, Richmond, Versailles and Winchester. If you
require services outside of this area, please contact
us.
What
size events do you cater?
Typically, we cater events for groups ranging
in size from as small as 5-10 people up to 300 people. If your event
requires service for larger groups, please contact us for
information and pricing.
Aren't catering services expensive?
The rates for catering services depend largely upon the size and type of your event.
At Coles Catering, we work with a variety of individuals and entities for the events we cater. These range
from school and civic groups to professional organizations to individuals planning once-in-a-lifetime events.
We strive to bring you the best value, quality and service for each and every event we cater.
What size staff do you have?
We staff according to event size and location. In addition,
we have staff on call if needed.
What is the level of quality of your food?
Our food is of the highest quality. We only
serve our guests what we would serve our own family.
Do you serve liquor, beer and wine?
Yes, we do, however a 60 day notice is required
for us to obtain a special liquor liability insurance for the
event. There is also an additional per-person charge of $20.00
which does not include the cost of the liquor, beer and wine total.
How far
in advance do I need to make arrangements for your
services?
For small to medium-sized events, we
prefer to schedule at least two weeks prior to the event.
For large or formal affairs, quite a bit more
preparation is involved. Therefore we prefer to have anywhere from 30
days to six months notice for scheduling. However, we strive
to be quite flexible, so if your event does not fall within
these general parameters, please don't hesitate to contact us,
and we'll do our very best for you.
